I just read a headline on Yahoo...it said, "cops shoot man dead at wrong address" I clicked on the video to hear what happened horrified by this mistake, feeling so terrible for this loss for this mans family.
The video EXPLAINS, the man that was shot opened the door and pointed a gun at the officers.
You won't see that explanation in the headline.
I can see now why this man was shot.
This is one thing wrong with headlines, you really need to listen to the video or read the story before you come to any conclusions. I will say a prayer for the man that died and the officer that shot him.
I have learned in my life..I know I am getting older. Everyone needs prayer not only the victims.
A friend told me about a teen who was killed by a drunk driver. She lives in a very small town, one where everyone knows everyone etc...well, she was furious at the drunk driver (as I am too), but I said to her what about the family of the drunk driver? They have to constantly live with this persons mistake. Before we start judging situations or people, get the facts and always remember the "other" people involved.
